UniCredit Bank Banja Luka the third cycle in a row offers the opportunity to students of the final years of the Faculty of Economics, Mathematics and ICT Science to gain their first practical experiences through a paid professional practice program First Big Chance", in an international company that promotes work in a motivating and challenging environment that recognizes and rewards personal commitment and quality.

Students will have the opportunity, during the 3 months of professional practice, to learn and develop through working on specific tasks of the Bank's main business areas with the mentoring support of colleagues within the Bank.
