The strategic plan "UniCredit Unlocked", presented by UniCredit Group at the end of 2021, is aimed at empowering communities to grow, transition to a sustainable economy, while creating a better and more inclusive society.

Acting within the framework of the UniCredit strategic plan, following the ESG goals and values ​​of the Group, UniCredit Bank Banja Luka is committed to banking activities with a social impact and spreading financial literacy in local communities.

In the previous period, the Bank cooperated with secondary schools and provided support for better conditions for education by donating equipment for furnishing cabinets, while the Bank's volunteers, in the role of educators, through a series of lectures, helped students to expand their knowledge of finance and banking. We instilled the roots of financial literacy even among the youngest, through socializing and playing with pre-school children and the joint, now traditional, celebration of the International Savings Day in all the Bank's branches.
